Lowongan Senior Accountant di PT Sunrise Indonesia

Requirements :

• More than 4 years of working experience in retail industry is preferred.
• Advanced working skills in MS Excel, accounting software and databases, Sage working experience are highly preferred.
• Ability to work on large amounts of data
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, Local Tax laws (PPN, PPH) and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy, ability to direct and supervise
• Diploma / Degree in Accounting and finance , Taxation.
• Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Respossibilities :

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including :

• month and end-year process
• accounts payable/receivable
• cash receipts
• general ledger
• payroll and utilities
• treasury includes cash forecasting, budgeting
• Revenue and cost variance analysis
• Cash book and Bank reconciliations.

2. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce weekly financial reports and statements

3. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, Tax compliance (PPN & PPH).

4. Coordinate and complete annual audits, provide recommendations

5. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

6. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy

7. Meet financial accounting objectives

8. Establish and maintain physical files and records to document transactions.
