• Serves as a leader in displaying outstanding customer service skills.
• Orchestrate service deliveries that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
• Improves service standards by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
• Intervenes in any guest/employee situation as needed to ensure the integrity of the property is maintained, guest satisfaction is achieved, and employee well-being is preserved.
• Participates in the development and implementation of corrective action plans to improve guest satisfaction.
• Maintains a strong working relationship with all departments to support property operations and goals and to expedite the resolution of any problems that may arise through the general operation of the property.
• Ensures that regular ongoing communication is happening with employees to create awareness of business objectives and communicate expectations, recognize performance, and produce desired results.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in social sciences or hospitality.
• At least 5 years of working experience in customer service is required for this position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and has a great sense of responsibility in problem-solving.
• Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
• Willing to relocate to and work in Balige, Toba Regency
