Job description :

Glafidsya Aesthetic Clinic RMA GROUP offers the opportunity to join as a Receptionist and placement in all Glafidsya Group Clinic Branches:

THE ASSIGNMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive incoming patients
Receive phone calls from patients who will make appointments
charge bills related to cashier activities (payment, incoming money, making daily reports)
schedule patient visits and coordinate with the attending physician/nurse
Offer products to customers
Update Social media (IG, tiktok etc.)
Work in system shifts
Willing to be transferred to all branches of the clinic if needed
Willing to bond for 2 years
Willing to run a training period of one or two months in Jakarta

Qualifications :

Maximum age 27 years
Good looking and height 160 cm & 168 cm
Minimum 1 year experience as cashier & receptionist
Mastering MS Office (minimum Words & Excel)
Mastering basic social media knowledge
Having good communication skills
Initiative, thorough, problem solver, friendly & polite and prioritizing service
Able to work individually or collaboratively
Minimum D3 graduate
Preferably from hospitality and bankingJob description :
