Lowongan Project Manager Landed di PT Akr Land Development

Job Description :

• Designing & implementing project workplan, budget, work system and timeline schedule.
• Monitor, control and evaluate of contractors' work in daily basis to asure that project will be completed on specification, on time and meet agreed budget.
• Monitor all materials delivered on schedule
• Coordinated with in house related division & department to final proses all matter related to construction working and coordinate with corporate marketing for promotion & sale.
• Team up with other profesionals like subcontractors, consultans and clients representatives in order to make sure that the work is completed within budget on time.
• Coordinating with Legal and Design department regarding all permit that related with permit and licenses..

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
• Having at least 15 years experience in Project Management from developer company, specially LANDED HOUSING.
• Having good knowledge in Technically & Project Management
• Attention to detail, good leadership skill and interpersonal skill
• Good command in English and good computer literacy
• Good in data analitic and presentation skill
