We work closely with our customers throughout their product development cycles to design, develop and manufacture connection solutions that meet their specific business requirements. Key Responsibilities

• To do re-search and work with customer and supplier to meet cable requirement, cable safety regulation and cable reliability test requirement
• To establish and maintain cable specification of product and continue to improve for lower cost solution and Value Engineering activities
• To establish test method for cable to meet testing requirement for new product to meet customer requirement
• To support Customer Inquiry/New project implementation, request for quotation (RFQ) and cost reduction program
• To support cable Value Engineering programs and to overcome yearly Customer cost reduction
• Documentation of all material test, analysis results and compliance
• Report to and support Engineering Manager to coordination and documentation of all material development project

Job requirements

• University Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics
• Minimum has three years of working experience in related field 
• Excellent English in written and oral for communication with foreign people and intercultural competence
• Familiar with electrical, cable requirements (low voltage/high voltage/data cable/power cable), wire harness, etc.
• Familiar with Microsoft office, AUTO CAD & Microsoft Project is advantage, Internet literate: Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
• Work experience in cable products industry would be preferred, but not necessary
• Fast learning mindset and attitude.
• Good ability for team work, coordination and cooperation
• Resilient, flexible, creative, good learning aptitude.
