Lowongan Accessories & Merchandise Manager di PT Piaggio Indonesia

Responsibilities:

1. Set clear KPI for commercial team and Dealers performance;
2. Work together with back office team to maintain stock level and raise suggestion order to maximize business opportunity
3. Lead new accessories and/or merchandise project with clear timeline with all parties (head quarters, internal and vendors)
4. Supervise and strong implementation for the standard accessories and merchandise display in networks
5. Regular report (weekly & monthly) to HOD to give clear updated condition. Clear analysis and data is required 
6. Create communication, promo, and other related activity to boost visibility and business opportunity
7. Accepts other responsibilities as requested by the Managing Director / Director

Requirement:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree
2. Experienced in leading business unit, minimum 5 years (preferably from 2W automotive industries)
3. Excellent communication in English
4. Willing to do a frequent business trip/travel
5. Attentive and multitasking
6. Having a strong interpersonal skill
