Job description:

Responsible for achieving sales targets set by the company in accordance with its work area, both profit and volume

Carry out routine control and monitoring of marketing activities in their work area, including the flow of distribution and administration of goods to customers

Carry out regular analysis and evaluation of sales results and actively propose new ideas or propose improvements

Active and initiative in reporting to the direct supervisor about the development of the area, which includes: sales, customers and HR which is part of his responsibility

Active and routine in seeking the latest and reliable information on market conditions and developments including information on competitors through market / field surveys

Establish regular and good interpersonal relationships and communications between departments/divisions, including with all customers

Designing and managing marketing, sales and promotion activities, in order to increase sales and market share

Motivating and directing the entire team to achieve monthly and annual targets

Qualification:

Minimum age 38 years, maximum 40 years

Minimum S1 education in any major

Minimum 3 years experience in Retail sales and marketing in Manager position (Preferably Automotive R2)

More experience in operations or field

Have the ability to plan and implement sales and marketing strategies in the area

Target achievement oriented, hardworking, dedicated, and have high integrity, and have high  loyalty.

Mastering Computers and Ms. applications. Office well.

Have leadership skills to provide team direction and motivation.

Able to do proper market analysis, distribution, pricing, and promotion plan.

Have good communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills.

Having innovative ideas in developing sales strategies and overcoming problems and obstacles in marketing. (problem solving).

Willing to make routine business trips.
