Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in marketing or related fields
• Preferably with more than six years of experience in retail/FMCG
• Experience with handling brand management
• Fluent in both written and verbal English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide clear and concise direction for the brand marketing team to support specific business objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall strategic plan
• Build strategic brand management programmes to support specific business objectives across different channels and segments to support the overall strategic plan
• Develop business cases for marketing programmes at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
• Evaluate the impact of marketing programmes to achieve the stated goals
• Ensure that desired brand positioning is reinforced by aligning identity with marketing communication, product strategy, store properties, etc.
• Have experience in managing teams
