Lowongan PROJECT PLANNER di PT Cindo International Marine Trading

Key Responsibilities:

• Be able to monitor, early warning, risk control and deviation analysis of progress implementation.
• Collect the actual progress of design, procurement and construction every week.
• Update the actual progress to the P6 plan and weight file.
• Calculate the actual progress, and generate the progress file through the P6 software.
• Export weekly and monthly schedules through the overall schedule, as well as the schedule documents required by The Owner/Consultant.
• Submit the schedule to the design, procurement, and construction departments.
• Obtain the implementation of the project schedule and give timely feedback.
• Prepare a daily progress monitoring table to monitor the actual progress of the project.
• Participate in owner's project control meeting and respond to owner's questions about schedule.
• Saipem (narrative report, pictorial report, weekly progress report, weekly HSE report, weekly material report, area of concern, etc.).
• Willingness to work together with the overall team to achieve project goals on time and on budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 Oracle Planning & Microsoft Project.
• Hold a P6 certificate advance certificate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management.
• 3D Model review capability & ACAD basic ability.
• Committed to excellence and is customer focused.
• Demonstrates initiative and is a proactive problem solver.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Must be fluent in English (Speaking / Writing).
• Can Speak/Writing Mandarin will be prioritized.
