Reporting directly to General Manager, you will be responsible to provide leadership by developing and driving quality improvement initiatives for plant, provide expertise for product quality management and food safety systems that result in customer, also ensure the plant compliance with local regulations. This will be an exciting challenge for you to learn and develop which will open the opportunity to accelerate your own career.   Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Maintains and continuously improves GMP, HACCP, ISO and WQA systems to align with WHQ’s expectations for QMS and customer’s standards.
• Ensure the quality management system smoothly and strictly implemented within the company for continual quality improvement with Plan- Do -Check - Action (PDCA).
• Be responsible to comply with WHQ quality policy and conduct evaluations RPC following WHQ’s quality management and food safety systems.
• Advancing best practices and capabilities for the Global business to enable company to meet Rich’s Food Safety Enterprise Foundation requirements including to support imported product and Co packer in term of Quality and Food Safety perspective in MSB & ANZ
• Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.
• Establishes training system and create awareness of quality and safety for associates.
• Setting quality objectives and support that target are achieved.
• Utilize statistical analysis/ quality tools to enable quality problem solving or to find potential problem for prevention and improvement.
• Working with procurement on supplier management as evaluating and auditing supplier’s performance.
• Working together with R&D to specify specification and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply.
• Together with external/ internal auditors to conduct onsite audit following relevant standards, ensure the execution of corrective action and compliance with requirements.
• Support and prepare needed documents to maintain/ get approval Halal certification for products from Halal agency bodies to meet customer’s requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation, identifying relevant quality-related training needs.
• Assessing customer requirements and provide level of service the satisfy both internal and external
• Register with Ministry of Health for importing raw materials and finished products which sell in market.
• Ensure Pest Control is effectively carried out to minimize pest infestation in the plant.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Weekly/Monthly report related to information about the quality to management.
• Conduct regular performance reviews/ PDP/ career conversations to associates.
• Budget, capital investment and quality cost optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 5+ years experiences as QA Manager/ R&D Manager in food manufacturing company or microbiological lab (dairy/non-dairy products)
• Computer literate and proficient in Ms. Office
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Willing to be placed in Cikande, Serang, Banten
