Lowongan Project Manager Business Transformation di PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta

The Project Manager reports to the GM of Business Transformation. You manages the project life cycle from strategic planning to implementation activities. You serves as a liaison between PTJAS’ business units and vendors to drive project development from conception to launch. 

Responsibilities :

1. Develop project plans and oversee project life cycle from concept to implementation phase.
2. Conduct cost-benefit analysis and project plan.
3. Review project plan to determine time frame, budget and procedures for accomplishing projects.
4. Estimate budgetary requirements based on project scope.
5. Assess project plans for dependencies, gaps and business value.
6. Plan and manage project compliance requirements and adherence to prevailing regulation/policies, SOP and industry best practice.
7. Evaluate and address requirement changes for impact on project scope.
8. Conduct project reviews to recommend changes to project schedules, cost and/or resource requirements.
9. Document and track project scope, changes, issues and risks that affect project implementation.
10. Track and monitor project progression.
11. Manage project budget, work allocations, manpower and resourcing needs
12. Plan and manage project closure and handover to business process owners.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines (preferably with project management & engineering background).
2. Have an experience as a Project Manager for minimum 6 years.
3. Big-picture thinking and vision with detail & data accuracy oriented.
4. Computer literate & fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
6. Good communication skills (writing and oral), in English.
7. Competences in taking initiatives, influencing, interacting, strong sense of confidentiality.
