Lowongan Sales Supervisor (Medan Area) - Contracted di PT Asuransi Allianz Utama Indonesia

Job Description:

• Responsible to execute strategy sales planning to achieve sales targets and monitor & review daily sales performance & identify the weaknesses
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
• Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs
• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs
• Direct and coordinate and review sales activities

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Supervisor specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
• Have strong leadership skills
• Deep knowledge of general insurance business
• Be motivated and results driven
• Preferably fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
