Lowongan Online Sales Manager (E-Commerce & Digital Marketing) di PT Asteros Sinar Teknologi

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the organizations digital marketing strategy and its digital calendar
• Manage initiatives aimed at increasing traffic, driving customer engagement and conversion
• Produce, develop and implement leading online sales strategies, including: websites, CRM, social media & E Commerce
• Formulate and implement all digital marketing and media campaigns including SEO, SEM, Display, Programmatic, and Social
• Analyze and provide insights around site traffic and other key E Commerce metrics
• Plan and execute platform/channel development and integration projects and ensure meeting projects budget, timeline, scope, and quality
• Define and measure operational KPIs for all aspects of the consumers experience.
• Creating promotional campaigns trough out our official store in all market place
• Do sales marketing e-commerce analytics and digital ads reporting.
• Work From Office, Monday - Saturday 9.30 AM - 19.30 PM

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must have at least a Diploma or Bachelor degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as E-commerce Specialist or Digital Marketing in FMCG, E-commerce, or IT products
• Moderately be able to speak and write in English
• Must have knowledge of E-commerce & Digital Marketing tools
• Must be familiar with Facebook, IG, Google, TikTok and Twitter Ads
• Ability to multitask and possess practical time management skills
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Discipline, honest, high initiative, and have good manners.
