Requirements:

1. Bring excellent technical guidance and introduce relevant state-of-the-art technologies to the Android team.
2. Build effective and efficient workflow with the Android team.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and ship new features.
4.  Ensure codes are well-tested & reviewed for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
5. Continuously evaluate and improve application in all aspects such as performance, security, usability, and architecture.
6. Deep technical knowledge in developing secure, performant and well-architected Android apps. Strong understanding in OOP and architectural pattern (MVVM preferred)
7. Loves working in a team and collaborating both with other people within the team or across with other teams.
8. Has experience in full-time, production-level mobile development experience in Android using Java/Kotlin. Experience in Flutter is a plus.
9.  Experienced in authoring, testing, deploying, and managing workflows for high-scale production mobile apps
10.  Well-updated with the latest trends in Android technologies, loves to explore new things and enjoys sharing new things for the team.
11. Able to troubleshoot complex systems problems, debug, and find root causes
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
13. Great problem-solving skills & strong analytical capability
