Job Description :

• Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers in the Mining sector.
• Perform performance reports and demand control of tires and other business related product
• Provide solutions for Management and customers by visiting all customers by checking & analysing tire condition, performance, market, etc
• Communicate with clients to determine needs and explain complex issues
• Manage field activities
• Draft and submit reports

Requirements :

• At least 1-3 years of proven experience in similar positions, desirable in mining companies.
• Verifiable intermediate/advanced English
• After-sales experience
• Knowledge of OTR tires (desirable)
• Advanced proficiency in Office tools
• Compatible health for working at geographic height
