Job Description

• Identify, engage, and build good relationships with key Influencers and Content Creators in related industries
• Develop and execute Influencer marketing campaigns to promote the products effectively
• Plan and create compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment in all digital campaigns
• Monitor social media trends, track campaign performance, and provide insightful reports with actionable recommendations
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Influencer marketing and social media to keep the strategies innovative and effective

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in Influence marketing and social media management for minimal 2 years
• Strong network of Influences and Content Creators across different platforms
• Proficient in copy writing and in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of content optimization for various social media platforms
• Knowledge of emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
