Join our team at IdScore, the leading private credit bureau in Indonesia, also known as PEFINDO Credit Bureau. We are a Credit Information Management Institution (Lembaga Pengelola Informasi Keuangan) and currently we are seeking an experienced Legal Senior Executive to join our team.

You will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law, commercial law, contract law, and OJK regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and counsel to the company on a wide range of legal matters
  • Draft and review agreements
  • Assist with the negotiation of complex legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Stay up-to-date on legal developments and regulations in the financial services industry

Qualifications

  • Min Bachelor of Laws
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in law firm or in-house legal in financial institutions
  • Experience in legal drafting
  • Understanding of running shareholder meetings or annual general meetings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
