The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to scale up, increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.

Job Description:

• Design, scale, and optimize warehouse operations according to industry best practices and regulations compliance
• Lead and manage the warehouse operations team; ensure the delivery time and inventory management
• Drive productivity and continuously improve the processes and procedures in warehouse operations; ensure the safe, clean, and organized working environment within warehouse operations
• Track. monitor, and report the warehouse operations performance on timely basis, ensure excellent record-keeping of inventory flow movement and warehouse operations data
• Responsible to create and ensure Standard Operational Procedures & Work Instructions are implemented and run properly.
• Responsible for all internal and external partner activities at the warehouse.
• Responsible to ensure the availability of resources, facilities and infrastructure needed for the work process.
• Ensuring work coordination between the warehouse and related departments runs smoothly according to applicable procedures and rules.
• Responsible for cost efficiency program in accordance with the direction of the Company's Management.

Requirements:

• Experience 3 years as warehouse manager in consumer goods (FMCG) or Retail industry.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
• Have capability of professional tools Excel, ODOO, WMS
• Have experience lead projects in warehouse
• Outstanding leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving skills & data-driven decision-making skills
