Lowongan Footwear Engineer (Bottom Mold) di PT Nikomas Gemilang

1.      Provide solutions to design and construction constraints by using your demonstrated knowledge of materials, mold construction and manufacturing

2.      Evaluate and improve product designs for manufacturability and durability by reviewing 2D/3D CADs, prototypes, and feedback

3.      Ensure mold shoe is fitted with brand standard accordingly

4.      Collaborate closely with development, designer and across cross-functional teams at appropriate times to facilitate process and assist them with any related issues

5.      Lead and track project with continuous improvement embedded during process

What We Expect From You:

1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2. Practical experience in mold bottom shoe environment
3. Experience working with 2D and 3D CADs
4. Proficiency using MS Office suite
5. Fluent in English
6. Ability to work independently and cooperatively with a diverse group of people
7. Excellent time management skills and ability to work with multiple deadlines
8. Willing to be placed in Serang, Banten
