Lowongan HRD Staff Temporary(Maternity Leave) di PT Selatox Bio Pharma

Responsibilities :

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process (Placing job advertisements across online channels, reviewing and shortlisting CVs, Interviewing candidates, and administering the administration process)
• Managing employee documents such as employment contracts, attendance records, leaves, and payrolls
• Responsible for an Exit Interview process
• Responsible BPJS (BPJS Health & BPJS Manpower) and WLKP (Company's Obliged reporting for employment)
• Control daily employee attendance list and any issue of HR matter
• Handle the employee working permit with an agent
• Create and maintain an effective and efficient HR system
• Ensure legal compliance with government regulations and applicable labor laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
• Handle procurement and management of assets

Qualification :

• Min Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Experience as HRD staff minimum 1 year
• Excellent knowledge of English and Bahasa
• Minimum GPA of 3.00, computer literate MS. Office, MS. Excel, MS. PowerPoint
• Good communication and analytical thinking
• Familiar with ERP purchasing modules would be an advantage.
• Age max. 29 years
• Domicile around Cikarang, Bekasi
• For 4 (four) months contract (maternity leave)
