Lowongan Cashier di PT Oleochem & Soap Industri

• Able to receive cash and check as per receipt order and issues the corresponding receipt note
• Able to issues petty cash againts cash issues notes with attached document.
• Responsible for registration of daily movement of safe box.
• Responsible for depositing all cash and checks in banks againts deposit note.
• Able to prepare checks movement reports.
• Responsible for preparing daily cash count.
• Registration of all petty cash transaction into the company task system.
• Able to receive supplier’s invoice and pass the cheuqe to the suppliers.
• Able to prepare giro/cheque payment.
• Able to purchase fof any foreign currency needed for employee travelling or payment.
• Able to receive internal settlement docs for internal advance settlement docs for internal advance settlement.
• Having knowledge in maintaning SAP system.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree Accountancy Major
• Fresh Graduated or Experience at least 1 – 3 years as Chasier
• Good Communication in English
• Good & Strength Attitude and Communication
• Honest, thorough, diligent, discipline
• Good health & physic
• Good computer skill in Ms. Office Excel & Word or SAP System
• Willing to work in KIM 2 Medan
