Job Description :

· Responsible for Employee Parkir Member

· Monitoring and controll the utilization of the operasional cars include contract, services, payment and policies

· Maintenance AC

· Maintenance Building

· Maintenance Hardware & Software

· Responsible to Employee Administration

· Internet Maintenance

Job Qualification :

Bachelor's degree from all relevant major
Max 35 years old
Minimum 5 years of experience working in general affair & Infrastructure building
Expert in handling general affair daily administrative
expert in handling electricity building
Understand in handling PABX & Phone Line
Able in handling for troubleshoot hardware & Software
Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
Having knowledge in server infrastructure, configuration management, Mikrotik Skill
Has integrity, honesty, and a dedication to working professionally
Play an active role in activities related to the Building
Possess High level of ethics and integrity
Supervise the maintenance and operation of building utility equipment efficiently
Ensuring maximum performance and evaluate building electricity on a regular basis
Proficient in English communication skills, both verbal and written in and ability to build cross function relationship
