Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for the operational activities of the Logistics section (process of receiving, storing, issuing, sending, picking, availability of goods, inventory, write-off) running correctly in accordance with the company's standard operational procedures.
• Approve logistics activity documents, supervise and monitor all logistics activities.
• Ensure that the process of recording goods data is carried out correctly in accordance with the company's standard operational procedures.
• Ensure the availability of space for storing goods, security and safety and warehouse cleanliness.
• Ensure the availability of goods in accordance with the user's determination of the amount.
• Ensure that items are placed correctly and arranged neatly.
• Ensure the availability of manpower for Logistics activities including manpower training & development.
• Coordinate with users and/or other parties for matters related to Logistics activities.
• Coordinate with users and/or other parties for goods to be insured.
• Make proposals/recommendations for expeditions that will be used to send goods.
• Make regular Logistics activity reports.
• Create budgets and work programs for efficiency in manpower, premises/warehouses and other operational costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Any Major
• At least 5 Years experiences as Logistic Supervisor in a Trading/ Transportation Industry
• Having knowledges about IT & Telecommunication devices will be advantages
• Excellent to operate Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, analytical things and problem solving
• Able to work individually or team and in under pressure situation
• Able to drive Car (holds SIM A license)
• Willing to do Business Trip
• Fluent in English is a must
