Lowongan Quantity Surveyor di PT Makmur Elok Graha

Makmur Elok Graha (MEG) is developing mixed-use property and now looking for Quantity Surveyor with qualification and job details below:

Qualifications:

• At least 4 - 6 years of working experience as Quantity Surveyor in Developer
• Experience handle different project such as Hospitality/Property Development/Infrastructure/Construction/District project
• Familiar with contract (SPK), calculating project from zero until finish (end to end project)
• Expertise in Ms. Office, AutoCAD, and Sketchup
• Solid understanding of various construction contracts format/standard (incl. FIDIC, ISMM).
• Fluent speaking & writing in English (Mandarin is plus)
• Willing to be place in the office or field
• Willing to be located at Batam or Jakarta

 Job Details:

• Be responsible in project budgeting, cost estimate, & project administration (contract, Purchase Order/Purchase Requisition, etc.)
• Conduct analysis, comparison, & negotiation in every procurement process for both goods & services in project.
• Calculate the volume/quantity of design and calculate the progress of the project
• Able to provide BQ for structural design, architecture or MEP
• Estimate cost of the project, budgeting based on project qualification/design given
• Analyze each unit price and services in the BQ based on a project
• Create database & standard guide of unit price and service for long term project
• Coordinate with third parties/contractor/investor
• Ensuring the calculation volume & items match with the project qualification
• Carry out administration related to procurement of goods/services and supervise the process; produce PO/PR, contract/SPK, SPJB, etc. for project procurement process
• Ensure the goods/services are well receive according to the order and needs – Opname/Check Progress
