Project Admin (Jakarta Base)Qualification 

• Diploma/Bachelor of any major (Administration, Economy, Law, etc)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as project support, project admin, project assistant for mining area/project
• Maximum 35 years
• Able to work in dynamic & project-based working environment
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Strong skills in Microsoft office software.
• With strong communication skills, good sense of teamwork, detail-oriented, can multitask, and able to work under pressure.
• Eager to learn
• Proactive, open minded, quick leaner, and well organized
• Willing to travel Site Kalimantan Timur

Job Description

• Responsible for coordination and following up to Department related to document work.
• Make daily, weekly, and montly report about the project.
• Produce Purchase Request, Financial Action Request and Capex Request.
• Proactively follow up and closely working with internal team members and partners.
• Prepare and manage all Administrative and Technical documents for project to completion.
• Coordinate with related divisions to ensure the completeness of administrative documents
• Perform filing system, maintain, and control tender documents and monitor the legality of documents used for related project.
• Manage the completeness of other required company documents.
• Perform contract review.
• Carry out the tasks of the Project Manager Admin.
