Responsibilities

• Providing advice and analyzing on a claim case, end to end process.
• Investigating potentially fraudulent claims
• Liaising with tradespeople to arrange repairs
• Ensuring a fair settlement of a claim
• Monitoring the progress of a claim
• Handling any complaints

Qualifications

• Bachelor in any major, knowledge in automotive, engineering, marine, etc. would be a great plus
• Minimum 5 years experience in related position such as Claim Investigator, Claim Analyst (senior)
• End to end understanding of General Insurance products and processes. Both Motor Vehicle or Non Motor Vehicle
• Experience from Insurance Brokers is a great plus
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Exposure in leading a team, while developing the team to achieve their target and SLAs
