Lowongan Bar Supervisor di PT Lyd Management Bali

Position Purpose

To manage the bar service within the restaurant, and ensure that customers are served promptly & courteously, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, and at all times in line with hygiene and safety regulations; that all customers who visit or contact the company or use the facilities have their expectations met and exceeded

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate the work of the beverage staff in order to achieve a smooth running operation. Striving to achieve excellent standards of service and efficiency. To replace Bar Manager when necessity arises.
• To perform any other duties set by company policies, management or his/her direct supervisor which are not included here above.
• To assist Bar Manager to responsible for the preparation of beverage throughout LYD Bali group/responsible for servicing at banquet bar and all outlet bars.
• Make sure that each outlet is properly staffed and equipped to service guest. This included proper supply of glassware, drink lists, paper goods, etc.
• To assist Beverage Manager to check all bar for cleanliness and orders minor repair work. Keeps aware of the appearance and portions of beverage serviced and constantly checks quality of beverage products.
• Responsible for wine and beverage promotions in absent of Bar Manager
• Helping to plan for banquet bar staff according to function required.
• Helping Bar Manager for training of staff holding periodic meeting to review procedures. Checks on appearance of staff as to proper uniforms and personal cleanliness.
• To make requisitions, obtain authorization and correct delivery of items needed for his bar operation.
• To be well aware of breakage in service areas, pilferage and keep Bar Manager informed.
• To put forward suggestions of creativity, better performance the achievement of the completion.
• Check mise-en place for service used, sanitary condition within the outlet and neatness & cleanliness of staff.

Requirements :

• Have experience min 1-2 years at the same position
• Prior experience from Restaurant/Club/Night Club
• Strong personal leadership and communication skills
• Good personality, positive attitude, smart grooming and hard work
• Able to multitask and perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
• Willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that include evenings, nights and weekend
• Fluent in spoken and written English
