Lowongan Event Project Manager di PT Alternative Media Group

We are looking for Project Managers who have experience in international events for world artists in Indonesia.

The Event Project Manager is responsible for:

·        Provide input and consideration for the Company's business activities related to event projects and MICE

·        Carry out international and national events in accordance with the Company's strategic and comply with the agreements of the parties, legality and management

·        Ensuring that the parties know and understand the agreement and support all activities that fulfil the objectives of the activity

·        Leading the event implementation team that it runs effectively and efficiently

·        Coordinate with all internal and external parties as well as the government so that the event goes according to plan, safe and smooth

·        Implement of activities and conduct business evaluations for each ongoing event and provide reports to management

·        Provide support to related parties in order to obtain developments and input on activities that will be, are being, or have been taking place

Qualifications:

·        Have experience in the MICE and Event industry for at least 10 years. Experienced as a project manager for international events.

·        Fluent in English is mandatory, and fluent in Korean and Mandarin is an advantage.

·        Experienced in preparing international events and sports events that bring in foreign celebrities/athletes such as Korea, the United States, Britain, China, Europe and ASEAN.

·        Have a good relationship with international artist agencies.

·        Have excellent planning, project management and execution skills.

·        Excellent in communication and follow up skills.

·        Have a sense of business and a sense of urgency so that it can be optimal in making event collaborations.

·        Having good leadership, tough mentality, and responsibility manners.

·        Advanced technical competence in one or more of the following fields: audio, video, lighting, projection, rigging, computer/internet functionality

·        Must be able to manage multiple projects

·        High degree of ownership and self-initiation skills as well as a positive professional demeanour

·        Can manage small to medium sized operational projects and can works seamlessly in a matrixed environment.

·        Very strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse team members and external parties. Strives for healthy collaboration.

·        Ability to oversee a variety of projects/programs simultaneously.

·        Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressured work environment.

·        Proven ability to iterate, focus on what is most important and continually improve.
