Lowongan Operations Support di PT Happy Pet Indonesia

We are pleased to inform that currently Happy Pet Indonesia is looking for additional team member as Operations Executive.

The candidate for this position will have responsibilities at handling Customer Order, Complaint Management, make sure Order Fulfillment, creating Database Activation and update the Stock Inventory.

Qualifications :

• Good in communication
• Having at least 2 years of experience in handling customer and or customer services
• Able to perform complaint management
• Good in Number and creating database
• Strong in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
• Fluent in English will be plus point

Responsibilities

• Responsible in managing orders document but not limited to filling the document related operational
• Submit order data to systems, Produce invoice based on order data.
• Perform support in inbound and outbound good process.
• Perform stock checking by comparing data by system and warehouse.
• Responsible to ensure the order fulfilment accordingly.
• Gather and check order data monthly on the system
