Lowongan Sales Manager di PT Dinamika Expressindo

Responsibility:

• Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
• Provide a high level of guidance, coaching, and feedback, and create learning and growth opportunities for individual team members to support professional development and strengthen skill sets.
• Support the learning and development of the sales team

Requiments :

• Maximum age 40 years, minimum Bachelor Degree
• Proven work experience as sales manager for around 5 years
• Be a brand ambassador to reflect company values and all available services - Broad knowledge of forwarding and logistics industry covering sea, air. land, warehouse and distribution
• Strong knowledge in setting up Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills, English is a must, Mandarin is plus point
• Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Trustworthy and proven ability to successfully lead a sales team
• Have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Have result-focused attitude
