Lowongan QC Supervisor di PT Oleochem & Soap Industri

Summary:

This role will be responsible to supervise and coordinating activities of employee engaged in inspecting incoming material, in process soap production, finished products and stuffing them into containers to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications.

Job Desc:

• To manage the job of QC inspector, QC Chemist, QC Loading inspector to control the quality of product and analysis.
• To check physically the packing material which are use in production.
• To manage the late and urgent incoming Raw/Packaging material during shift time.
• To inform QC Manager about the finding of production problems during the shift (in both written & verbal report)
• To release product on SAP system with other related department.
• To participate in maintaining the ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, SMK3, HAS 23000 (Halal Assurance System) and implementation.

Requirements:

As one of Manufacture that produce Bar Soap for export oriented, we need someone who has:

• Strong communication skill, able to speak English fluently and also able to write in Good English report.
• Strong capability knowledge in Quality Control.
• Able to analyze finished product such as : free alkali, moisture content, and salt content.
• Able to operate computer (Ms. Office), being familiar with using SAP will be an advantage.
• Able to work on written reports as per required.
• Good interpersonal skill, leadership skill, negotiation skill and strong team player as a team.
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in chemical engineering or related discipline.
• Experienced in similar business in Supervisor level.
