REQUIREMENTS:

• Maximum 30 years old
• Minimum D3 Graduate All Majors, preferably in export import Management
• Experienced Minimum 2 Years Working in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding or export import company
• Experienced minimum 2 years as an export-import staff in a transportation / cargo company
• Understanding of export import documents, process and flow
• Discipline, Responsible, Reliable, High initiative, and Able to work in Team
• Able to work with tight deadlines
• Having Negotiation Skill
• Fluent in english written, reading and spoken
• Good Computer Skill
• Good communication skills and pleasant personality
• Having Own Vehicles
• Honest,Loyal,Responsible,Ambitious, dicipline, Ability to Work Hard and healty body

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Finding and looking for PPJK vendor
• Verify all documents for export / import process before hand over to vendors
• Prepares documents required for export-import of clients’ shipments.
• Prepares export-import documents including: bills of lading, dock receipts, licenses, and consulate documents and distributes documents to all appropriate parties.
• Classify export-import items and notify Customs to determine appropriate export-import duties.
• Maintain and keep current all customs compliance documentation.
• Import & Export purchase orders , manage estimated arrival dates, enter receipts and corresponding debit/credit memos, and communicate timely with overseas factories and internal warehouses
• Responsible for the receipt of goods (Quality and Quantity Checking)
• Responsible for the process of shipping goods (Packaging, Urgency of Delivery, Logistics Administration)
• Intermediary with freight forwarder
• Assist with budget preparation and review of actual-budget variances
• Maintain updated expected arrival dates in system
• Process and manage truck, rail, air and ocean container releases
• Record and verify data in computer-readable form
• Learn the Tariff and assist with rating goods according to the Tariff
• Sit in on client onboarding, database builds/loads/edits
• Review of adjustments produced by adjustment clerks
• Other duties as required
