Job Description
- Process all document & permit company, such as: RPTKA, Telex, IMTA, KITAS, ERP, STM, SKLD and other.
- Well understanding government’s system such as TKA-Online and or VISA-Online.
- Having strong relationship with government, such as Ministry of Manpower, Immigration and BKPM
- Experience in immigration clearance.
- Updating, improving and implementing all necessary policies and procedures based on updated government regulation related Business travel policy and work instructions, passport & visa, etc.
- Handle permits in Ministry of manpower and other related subject.
- Willing to assist Senior HR for other support jobs
- Maximum Age is 30 years old.
- Minimum Diploma Degree any major.
- Minimum have 4 years experience in the same position.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Obedient, motivated, problem solving and time management skills.
- Good in English communication and writing (can speak Chinese is a plus).
- Multitasking
- Able to join immediately
- Placement in Head Office, West Jakarta.
