We are searching for a motivated Admin who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and well detail-oriented person.

To be a successful applicant, you should be thorough, detail, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills, trustworthy, efficient, and organized.

The responsibility will be as below :

Processing Retail and WS Purchase orders, contacting vendors to acquire items that are out of stock,

Communicating with Retail/Ws team to confirm order details and shipping information, as well as responding to Retail/WS team inquiries about orders

Balancing PO againts PL on the company’s computer system

Reviewing order details to ensure accuracies, such as pricing, quantity, description, and shipping information

Communicating with Retail/Ws team regarding order status and production problems or issues

Updating daily and weekly production and shipping reports to support the team
