We're Hiring for Sales Industry

Placement: SURABAYA

Day-to-day Activity:

- Introduction, promotion (regularly) about the company and product to all customers assigned

- Customer visit (offline and online visit regularly)

- Selling process (from INQ until invoice complete paid)

- Aggressive customer follow-up for every quotations and projects

- Increasing and maintaining the Quotation success-rate

- Create an individual report and on-time report to Sales Manager (daily, weekly, and monthly)

- Customer Analysis

- Competitor Analysis

Minimum Requirement:

- Have a proven minimum of 2 years experience in sales related to Industry, manufacturing, or fabrication company

- Minimum bachelor's degree S1 (economic/business/Engineering degree is preferable)

- Maximum 28 years old

- Good Attitude and responsible.

- Strong initiative and proactive person.

- Excellent selling skills, good probing skills, and good negotiation skills.

- Strong in follow-up and detail orientation.

- Good communication and coordination skills with excellent problem-solving capability

- Tech savvy, not only Microsoft office.

- Willing to do business overseas.

- Able to drive the car.
