Lowongan Legal Manager di PT Merapi Utama Pharma

RESPONSIBILITY

•   Responsible for Company's Legal Identities, such as NIB, OSS, Article of Association, and any other company's legal identity documentation

•   Provide legal assistance with regards to Contract Management. From drafting, negotiating to performance.

•   Legal Document Repository - Manage and oversee the Company's commercial contracting purposes, including contract forms, legal contracts repository, and any collateral documents and/or certificate

•   Handle permits in Head Office and areas all over Indonesia

•   Responsible for Company's assets such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, brand names (registrations & renewals), Product Registration and Licensing.

•   Manage Compliance and ethic code in the company

•   Collaborate with HR and stakeholders and other head of departments to educate internal stakeholders on compliance, legal and data protection requirements and to continuously promote a culture of compliance, integrity and data protection internally

•   Provide Counsel, Assistance and Support in creation of structures and environment for ethical and legal compliance and support enforcement of global compliance policies that are applicable across multiple departments

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

•   8-10 years of professional experience in Pharmaceutical and / or Distribution Company

•   A combined law firm and in-house experience will be a plus

•   A PERADI license will be a plus

•   Proven experience and solid understanding in General Corporate matters

•   A established relationship with the relevant government institution, such as Capital Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), Ministry of Health is a major plus

•   Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
