JOB DESCRIPTION
- Distribute and create available job vacancy ads in the company
- Present the candidate from screening, interview, and job appliance test
- Record the track of new employees, transfers, terminations, and any other changes
- Keep updated on national holiday (extensive national holiday), employee's off/leave day, and employee' sick day
- Create and distribute documents (letter, invitation.) which related to the company and not confidential.
- Collaborate with the third party (Government/Company/University)
- Contribute in creating system & scoring for employees
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
- Minimum 1 year experience as HR Recruitment is a plus
- Fresh graduated welcome to apply
- Have a good problem solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
- Willing to be placed in North Jakarta
