Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and monitor the HR Administration for maintaining the employee database
  • Responsible for the employee payroll calculation including personal income tax
  • Responsible for the industrial relation and employee relation
  • Responsible for maintaining and monitoring Company legal documents such as Company Deeds, permits, BKPM, Customs, Ministry of Manpower and foreign Working Permit
  • Responsible for the reviewing of Company regulations
  • Responsible for preparing and monitoring HRGA budgeting
  • Responsible for managing and delivering General Affairs services within the Company
  • Responsible for the management of Company assets and inventory
  • Perform the function of public relations to build good relations with related Government institutions
  • Perform other jobs related duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in HR Management/Psychology/Law or any related subjects.
  • Deep understanding article no. 11 year 2020 (UU Cipta Kerja) and article 13 year 2003 about manpower policy in Indonesia, and HR other supported regulations
  • Expert in Recruitment Organization Development, Talent Management
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must, can speak and write in Japanese is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years in Managerial level.
  • Having good track in creating Job Description, Salary Grading, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Appraisal & KPI, Company Regulation, Company Procedure.
  • Having good track in people development program.
  • Understand well about working permit for foreign, Company License and other legal matters.
  • Familiar with ISO environment.
