Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English
• At least 2-3 years experience (for staff level) & 5 years experience (for SPV or manager level) in Finance/Accounting/Tax
• Bachelor Degree in any related major from reputable university
• Experienced in trading and manufacturing industry is preferred
• Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Having Finance/Accounting/Tax related license is a plus
• Having work experience in Big 4 is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the CFO in preparing various financial statements, financial plans, and financial budgets
• Responsible for internal audit
• Establish good external relations
• Responsible for the safety of all assets, inventories, funds and income, and rational use of funds
• Responsible for monthly reports
• Prepare monthly budget, cash flow & financial reports on time
• Auditing of budget realization and payment attachment
• Supervise the implementation of various financial systems
• Review and supervise the implementation of procurement contracts and agreement
• Review all accounts payable
• Responsible for reviewing tax statements, financial statements, financial analysis, etc., issued by the main accountant
• Monitor AR ageing report
• Responsible for department staff's training
