Job Description:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's overall goals. This includes creating budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses, and analyzing financial data to identify areas of improvement
• Prepare and present financial reports to management. This includes creating financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements, and providing analysis and commentary on financial performance.
• Manage financial risk within the organization. This includes identifying potential risks, developing strategies to mitigate them, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage the company's cash flow. This includes developing cash flow projections, managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Lead and manage a team of finance and accounting professionals. This includes hiring and training staff, setting performance goals, and providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its objectives.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. This includes developing and implementing tax strategies that minimize the company's tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and filing tax returns, identifying tax savings opportunities, and managing relationships with tax authorities. They must also stay up-to-date on changes to tax laws and regulations and ensure that the company is in compliance with these changes.

Qualification:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Have at least 5 years of work experience in relevant role (preferably from the same industry or advisory/consulting background)
• Have a thorough understanding of financial and accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
• Have the ability to analyze financial data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Having a relevant certification will be a plus
