WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Drafting and reviewing legal matters such as nondisclosure agreements, memorandum of understanding, cooperation agreements and others
• Maintain contract database and organize executed versions of contracts.
• Support internal clients by ensuring that the contracting process is efficient and a positive experience for clients.
• Drafting and revising correspondence to and from the Legal Department.
• Assisting business team with current and upcoming projects, and maintaining legal documents.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Candidate should possess at minimum a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.
• Min 1-2 year experience working in Corporate Legal or Industrial Relationship.
• Familiarity with Laws, Legal Procedures and Protocols.
• Having a PERADI License will be a plus
• Critical thinkers, self motivated, and problem solver
• Maximum Age 35 years old
• Placement : MAKASSAR (SULAWESI SELATAN)
