Required experience and skills:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree (S1) in Occupational Safety & Health or similar disciplines.
• Have work experience as a QHSE for at least 5 years.
• Have Quality Management Certificate, AK3U, and other supporting certificates (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, OHSAS, API Q1, API 6D, API 600, API 602).
• Service and safety oriented approach.
• Having good communication skills.
• Preferably have:
• WSHO Certified
• Have experience in the field of risk assessment and internal auditors related to ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001, 14001

Job description:

• Conducting orientation / safety induction, ensuring that all employees have carried out Safety Induction and details regarding this matter are documented.
• Ensuring all important / required licenses related to QHSE have been stored and have an active validity period.
• Acting as a Workplace Safety Health Officer (WSHO) in the workplace.
• Monitor the company's operational activities to improve and provide assistance needed to create a strong QHSE work ethic.
• Identify best practices and lead the development of ongoing initiatives to increase safety awareness.
• Planning and facilitating HSSE, Drill and Inspection trainings.
• Conduct routine inspections in the work environment and conduct audits in accordance with the company's audit program.
• Report on QHSSE performance every month.
• Post information on information boards every month related to occupational safety knowledge or others to increase safety awareness and contribute to the development of ongoing initiatives.
• Prepare and facilitate monthly meetings related to work security and ensure meetings run on time.
• Help follow up on potential developments.
• Help conduct accident investigations and prepare reports.
• Support the implementation of risk assessment at work.
• Ensure all risk assessments, both new and changed, have been carried out in all work functions.
• Ensure that company rules and regulations are implemented by all employees.
• Reviewing accident reports and implementing mitigation plans for each party involved.

Explanation regarding the role:

• Being a leader in quality checking, providing advice to the Factory Manager on a regular basis.
• Ensuring that the Quality Management System covers all levels within the company.
• Maintaining QHSE customer expectations
• 80% work on Quality Control / Quality Assurance & 20% work on safety, health & environment.

What to do:

• Conduct a review of documents and lead management review management every year.
• Manage document updates to support audits (3rd party)
• Lead supplier audits.
• Implementing a sustainable Business Management system at all work locations in Indonesia in stages.
• Participate in the audit process for all standards : ISO 9001, API, etc.
• Running the internal audit process and preparing reports regarding detailed findings.
• Helping at closing regarding performance correction reports with assistance from field leaders.
• Conduct awareness training for quality staff.
• Maintain the quality of documentation on shared drives.
• Continuously carry out development in solving Quality Issues.
• Carry out projects required for quality improvement.
• Provide guidance and support regarding the company's QHSE standards and convey relevant information to stakeholders.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the Quality system across divisions.
• Interact with partners to maintain a constructive response.

Main Classification:

• Diploma or S1 majoring in Engineering or related majors

Desired classification:

• Have ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and API Q1, 6D,600,602 certificates / preferably have certificates. Internal Auditor with good knowledge in industry practice.
• Being a positive and active team member.
• Able to work under pressure, independently, have a flexible positive mindset.
• Carry out business trips between domestic project locations.
• Have good communication skills orally and in writing in English
• Have K3 certificate
