We are an Internationally owned Villa Rentals, Marketing & Management company based in Bali. We are looking at hiring a Business Development Manager who’s core role would be to grow our portfolio of Villas that we manage and market. We are looking for an experienced, self-driven, motivated, positive individual to join our team and has the skills of :

Skills:

1. Exceptional relationship & networking building 
2. Has excellent interpersonal communication
3. Strong in Time management & Strategy
4. Must have strategic and analytical skills and the ability to "think outside the box"
5. Demonstrated business-to-business (B2B) ability to find Villa Owners interested in Management services  
6. Great in Microsoft office & reporting applications

Required Qualifications: 

1. 5-7 years experience in related business
2. Proficiency in English and other languages.
3. Foreigner living in Bali (working Kitas available)
4. Familiarity/ Experience in Hospitality/ hotel industry. 
5. Proven track record  of achieving results
6. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar area

Responsibilities & Job Description: 

1. Full time position, 6 days per week.
2. Strong understanding of company products or services as well as the competition
3. Explore and identify opportunities to expand Villa Marketing & Management portfolio
4. Maintain relationships and identify areas for potential clients 
5. Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods.
6. Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand the business.
7. Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
8. Track and report on the status of proposal components
9. Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
10. Drive the end-to-end sales process
11. Prepare and submit sales contracts
