- Negotiating commercial agreements for delegated RM and Pkg.
- Lead SEA RM category (as assigned) and ensure Indonesia entity is align with other category managers and be the window to global team.
- Responsible for Indonesia entity delivery of the Regional purchasing cost reduction & other BYTE KPI program. Develop plans with each BYTE cell to meet or exceed the targets and coach VN purchasing team to conduct same activity
- Ensure a systematic phase in/phase out related to changes in RM and packaging source
- Coordinate with lead buyer to ensure Indonesia complies and leverages regional/global strategy
- Establish and build relationships with potential key suppliers with the view to secure long term supply of key materials, validation of their financial sustainability in conjunction with Finance and ensuring the integrity of corporate personnel
- Maintain and update full suppliers detail, terms & conditions and relevant data in SAP system in such a manner that procurement tasks are not hindered.
- Manage supplier structural non-conformance and claims. Guide local procurement team for incidental events when needed
- Understand key economic cost drivers and government policy in relation to RM & PKg, including share relevant information for business/technical team to have insight.
- Build up and maintain reliable sources of information of pigment, additive and resin manufacturing trends and cost structure.
- Prepare monthly saving report, cost trends and reports on RM cost forecast
- Source CAPEX and Indirect supplier and coordinate with engineer to identify the right supplier for particular project/indirect spend
- Coordinate with SCM to reduce SLOB
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Minimum 6 years comprehensive experience in Purchasing/Procurement, experience is chemical field is the advantage
- Familiar with multi-national culture and understand the Process of Sourcing & Negotiation
- Integrity and a Key Team Player
- Good Communication Skill
- Fluent English Communication
