Our Restaurant, Bar and Karaoke is seeking a skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, a proven track record of success, and the ability to lead a team to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

-       Oversee daily Restaurant, Bar and Karaoke operations, including managing staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

-       Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.

-       Train, coach, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of performance.

-       Manage the hiring process, including screening and interviewing candidates, to ensure the team is staffed with the best talent.

-       Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, open communication, and employee development.

-       Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to promote the business and drive customer loyalty.

-       Maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

-       Continuously evaluate and improve restaurant and bar operations to ensure the business remains competitive and profitable.

Qualifications:

-       Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in Restaurant, Bar and Karaoke management.

-       Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

-       Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

-       Experience with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.

-       Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

-       Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
