We’re extremely to announce the career opportunity to join us as a Specialist - Digital Solutions. This role will be based in our Office Jakarta. Where the successfully candidate ordinarily works on Monday – Friday roster. With travel (estimate at 50%) to various site and location within Indonesia. 

Working in a tight-knit, friendly, supportive, and hard-working team, our Specialist - Digital Solutions will champion new site technology delivery. They are subject matter experts, who provide hands-on project and process management support to out surface and underground mining customer, including the BlastIQ™ information platform and FRAGTrack™ vision system. BlastIQ™ is used by our teams and customer for designing mine site blast, collecting blasting information and displaying analytics to support our customer drilling and blasting operations. The data collected using a mixture of manual and semi - autonomous data measurement and filed deices. Which feed to the BlastIQ™ could platform for centralize storage and display. This is permanent, stable, and incredible career opportunity with a Global Market Leader, in which the successful candidate will be provide with relevant training, support and guidance in which to tackle all aspect the role. 

• Scoping: Reviewing customer operations and assessing the correct Digital Solution to address the customer needs.
• Project Managing: Hands-on coordination of end-to-end technology project delivery.  
• Implementing: On-site integration of Digital Solution on our customer needs.
• Communicating: With various personal in a wide range of position, from Management to IT department. 
• Training: Nurturing internal and external stakeholder to be effective users of Digital Technology by tailoring and delivering training packages for customer and teams:
• Developing : Contributing, and having definite say in product development; and 
• Supporting: Acting as a subject matter expert, assisting with BlastIQâ„¢ customer support, product stewardship and advice. 
   

• Certificate, diploma, or degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Communication, Project Management or similar.
• Most importantly, sharing our most important value – safety is the priority always.
• A proven ability in problem solving and root cause analysis, on equipment, operation system and software.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Field information system (Network experience desirable)
• Proven success in managing, coordinating and implementation similar project.
• Aptitude and ability to deliver product training to single or multiple stakeholders in both classroom environment, and via remote platforms.
• Excellent communication , both writing and verbal alongside high level customer service skills.
