• Maintain a full restock of all products (size, color, model) in the stock room at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.
• Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation.
• Daily review briefing with all staff on every transition period.
• Implement, monitor, and report on team goals.
• Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise.
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
• Ensure the store fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines.
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through all aspects of sales service.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedure manuals.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff (complaints, grievances, etc).
• Responsible for developing and implementing product sales strategies.
• Ensure the display is neatly organized and in accordance with VM instructions / standards.
• Make sure the store is clean and has good ambience.
• Pay attention to staff performance when providing service to customers.
• Able to delegate work to the Sales team well.
• Provide reports to the production dept and ensure the expected product can be produced.
• Analyze price-setting proposals and sales strategies.
• Good communication and maintain relationship with all suppliers.
• Delivering clear, straightforward and responding with a positive response.
• Analyze reports in the field and prepare solutions if there are obstacles.

• 3 years of experience in the same position
• Retail & Surf Industry knowledgeable
• Strong leadership
• Good customer management abilities
• Customer service oriented
• In-depth knowledge of basic business management
• Excellent in communication & interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English
• Based in Bali
