    ROLES 👩🏽‍💻👨‍💻

    • Develop strategies and tactics to build the Spenmo brand
    • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
    • Focusing on the Strategy, Acquisition, Conversion Rate, Retention, and Data Analysis & Revenue Opportunities
    • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
    • Full ownership of Marketing budget and allocation of budget
    • Working closely with Product Team and Sales Team; to define marketing strategies for new and existing products
    • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
    • Oversee and manage a range of in-person events across SEA
    • Develop a team of A-players who are set up for success with a clear mandate on their roles and goals

    SOUND LIKE YOU? 🙌

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS and/or B2B with direct responsibility for brand management, content creation, campaign strategy and launch, digital marketing.
    • A track record of successfully scaling Marketing teams
    • Demonstrated ability to perform both qualitative and quantitative research to inform recommendations, strategies, and deliverables.
    • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc)
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

    IDEAL CANDIDATE 💯

    We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth and customer acquisition.

    As the Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team and will work closely with other departments to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business objectives. You will be responsible for managing a team of marketing professionals and will be responsible for their performance and development.

    You will work closely with the rest of the marketing team on everything from finding the best collaboration opportunities to tracking and analyzing the results of our campaigns. Ideally, you will be the bridge between our team and our audience, which is why you should have experience with traffic acquisition, promotion, paid partnerships, SEO, copywriting, analytics, outreach, and more.
