Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

- Act as deputy of Country CISO and handled communication to UOB and IT Management, regulatory and government bodies.
- Managing Security Projects for technology refresh, cyber security controls (e.g. enhancing control protection on cyber security threats).
- Managing Security Strategy and Initiatives.
- Collaboration with UOBS GSOC in cyber threats and activities, including phishing website takedown, blocking phishing and attackers IPs.
- Managing and Controlling Surveillance activities related to email DLP, web DLP, anti-virus, DLP end point protection, etc.
- Managing and Controlling Surveillance activities for internal compliance using tools for servers and PID.
- Monitoring and review on server security hardening, PID management and access granting.
- Reviewing Configuration, monitoring and review on security devices including cyber security coverage
- Managing Annual penetration testing and monthly vulnerability assessment
- Managing Information security news, phishing activities, security awareness for employees.

- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, Security Advisory or IT Auditor.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Information System
- Hold Information Security Professional Certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CEH, CISA, etc)
- Knowledge in the area of the area of Security Assessment Review, IT Controls & Governance, Security and Infrastructure Architecture, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessment.
- Experience in doing security assessment for a general and complex security and infrastructure architecture.
- Good communication skills
