Assist Bar Manager in assisting Bar Manager to developing, motivating, managing and training team to optimise performance identifying training needs through a regular appraisal system, control budgets and be able to reviews on costing, customer satisfaction and operating bar.

Responsibilities :

1. Assisting Bar Manager for the never ending process of;

* Bartenders control

* Scheduling

* Beverage recipes

* Bar requisitions and par stock

* Beverage, wine promotion and up selling beverages

* Beverage cost and bar expenses

1. To coordinate the work of the beverage staff in order to achieve a smooth running operation. Striving to achieve excellent standards of service and efficiency. To replace Bar Manager when necessity arises.
2. To perform any other duties set by company policies, management or his/her direct supervisor which are not included here above.
3. To assist Bar Manager to responsible for the preparation of beverage throughout LYD bali group/responsible for servicing at banquet bar and all outlet bars.
4. Make sure that each outlet is properly staffed and equipped to service guest. This included proper supply of glassware, drink lists, paper goods, etc.
5. To assist Bar Manager to check all bar for cleanliness and orders minor repair work. Keeps aware of the appearance and portions of beverage serviced and constantly checks quality of beverage products.
6. Responsible for wine and beverage promotions in absent of Bar Manager
7. Helping to plan for banquet bar staff according to function required.
8. Helping Bar Manager for training of staff holding periodic meeting to review procedures. Checks on appearance of staff as to proper uniforms and personal cleanliness.
9. To make requisitions, obtain authorization and correct delivery of items needed for his bar operation.
10. To be well aware of breakage in service areas, pilferage and keep Bar Manager informed.
11. To put forward suggestions of creativity, better performance the achievement of the completion.
12. Check mise-en place for service used, sanitary condition within the outlet and neatness & cleanliness of staff.
13. Ensure that best services are given to guests and cooperated with other outlets.
14. Aim constantly to increase beverage revenues.
15. To perform all duties assigned to, efficiently, technically correct, follow the Management policy, company rules & regulations, orders or superiors, adhere to procedures of the training manual and achieving a high standard leading to total guest satisfaction.

Recuirements :

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in similar position (prefer from Restaurant/ Beach Club/ Night Club before)
2. Strong with Bar services and Bar Operations 
3. Analytical Thinking and Good leadership
4. Good appearance, good personality, positive attitude and hard work
5. Strong communication skills and having leadership to manage team
6. Strong leadership and communication skills.
